Terms and Conditions

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. A fee may be applied for late check-outs unless requested and approved in writing by management.

Please carefully review your confirmation email and included information as you will be held responsible for 100% of payment for all of your reserved dates and services.

We do not allow pets at the Inn with the exception of registered service or guide animals. Guests with service animals can only be accommodated in our first floor Classic Suite; therefore, accommodation is subject to room availability. Pets and support animals are not permitted on the property.

We are a smoke free property. [A guest who violates this smoking policy shall be fully liable for the cost of cleaning and ozoning the room, as well as any operational costs or revenue losses from decommissioning the room. A Smoking Fee of $300 will be applied; additional charges as above.

A Cleaning / Damage Fee may apply to rooms that are dirtied or damaged beyond reasonable use. Damage will be assessed, and guests will be held fully liable for any damage and losses caused.

In the event that a guest misplaces their room key, a rekeying fee of $250 will be applied to the room in order to maintain guest safety and ensure the security of our guest rooms at all times.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation and hold your room. All reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of the 50% deposit.

The remaining 50% of your reservation will be charged to your original payment method 30 days prior to arrival. At the time of full payment, all reservations become non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

A 2.5% processing fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date of your reservation. Deposits will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation of your reservation.

Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and the full payment will be held as a credit towards a future reservation. The credit will be held for one year from the original check-in date. After one year, the credit will expire and cannot be used at The Inn at Hancock.

Guests who depart early or do not arrive on the date of their reservation will be held responsible for 100% of the original booking, inclusive of all services and amenities booked during the stay.

Dress Code

The Inn at Hancock adheres to a smart casual dress code.
Gentlemen are required to wear collared shirts and jackets in the Formal Restaurant.

Guests should refrain from wearing caps while enjoying our indoor dining and lounge spaces.

Athletic wear is not permitted in the public areas of the Inn after 5pm. We thank you for collaborating with us to maintain a sophisticated decorum for our guests.

Children

Children are welcome at The Inn at Hancock; however, they must be accompanied by an adult in order to maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all of our guests.
